ELOISE H. FEINSTEIN
Ms. Feinstein
brings to her clients experience in corporate and real estate
transactions, civil litigation, estate planning, and probate. This
broad experience permits a multi-disciplinary approach to business
and individual planning, and dispute resolution. Ms. Feinstein's
practice emphasizes operational and transactional advice to business
entities, particularly in the area of real estate acquisition and
development. Ms. Feinstein also can assist with the preparation of
individual estate plans, and probate and trust administration.
Ms. Feinstein was
born and raised in Southern California. She graduated from
California State University at Fullerton in 1979 and from the
University of California at Los Angeles School of Law in 1982.
Following graduation, Ms. Feinstein became an associate attorney
with the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in its Orange County
office. Ms. Feinstein subsequently practiced in the Temecula Valley
and San Diego areas, including in the employ of Elder Law &
Advocacy, which provides free legal services to the elderly
throughout San Diego County.
Ms. Feinstein
has been associated with Peterson & Price since 2002. She is
admitted to practice before all of the Courts of the State of
California, and is a member of the Real Property Law Section and the
Trusts and Estates Section of the State Bar of California, the
Business and Corporate Law, Real Property Law, and Estate Planning,
Trust and Probate Law Sections of the San Diego County Bar
Association, and the Estate and Tax Planning Council of the Jewish
Community Foundation, San Diego.
