Mr. Murnane studied at Santa Clara University and the London School
of Economics as an undergraduate, receiving his Bachelor of Science
Degree in 1982. He graduated cum laude from the University of
San Diego School of Law in 1985.
Mr. Murnane's law practice emphasizes commercial real estate and
business transactions. As the founder and President of
Regal Properties,
he also operates a commercial real estate investment brokerage
company which donates 10% of all commissions to charity.
Mr. Murnane serves on the board of directors for various emerging
growth companies. He has taught at the University of San Diego in
the School of Business Administration, and formerly served as Judge
Pro Tem and Arbitrator for the San Diego Superior Court, and
as a Board Member for the San Diego County Property Tax Assessment
Appeals Board. Mr. Murnane has been an active member or participant
of the San Diego County Commercial Association of Realtors, and the
San Diego County Bar Association Sections for Real Property,
Environmental/Land Use Law, Business and Corporate Law, as well as
the Realtor-Attorney Committee, and Community Services Committee.
Mr. Murnane recently received
the Distinguished Service Award and the Wiley W. Manuel Award for
pro bono services, and he currently serves as an assistant
football coach at St. Augustine High School.
