Mr. Connolly is a trial lawyer emphasizing in real estate matters including land use, entitlements, development, design and construction, Architectural contracts and services, Contractor contracts and performance, CC&R’s, easements, title, boundary disputes, contracts, Commercial and Residential purchase /sales transactions, disclosures, insurance, California Coastal Act, Environmental Quality Act and Zoning Administration issues. Mr. Connolly has successfully recovered millions of dollars for plaintiffs in jury verdicts, judgments and settlements, and achieved numerous defense verdicts for defendants.

Mr. Connolly maintains an “AV” rating and represents Developers, Contractors, Land Owners, Corporations, Partnerships, Joint Ventures, Landlords, Tenants, Associations and Individuals.

Mr. Connolly was born in San Mateo, California, and graduated from San Diego State University in 1984 and from California Western School of Law in 1987. Following graduation from law school, Mr. Connolly received his early training at another AV law firm, where he specialized in civil litigation and insurance coverage matters. Mr. Connolly subsequently became a managing partner and trial lawyer in the firm of Swift & Connolly, before working as a sole practitioner from 1995 through 2000.

Mr. Connolly is admitted to practice before all the Courts of California, and the Central and Southern Districts of the United States District Court, and is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego County Bar Association. Mr. Connolly has served as a settlement judge pro tem in the San Diego Superior County. Mr. Connolly resides in North County and has three sons. He is a Rugby player, member of the Old Aztec Rugby Club, and devotes time and service to the San Diego Youth Rugby League and Children's PKU Network, a charitable organization emphasizing advocacy for children with metabolic disorders.
