Mr. Mordy is a Southern California Native and graduated from the University of Michigan in 1996 and from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2000. While at Michigan, Mr. Mordy completed a dual major in Political Science and Russian Studies, spending a semester abroad at Moscow State University.

Mr. Mordy is admitted to practice before all the courts of California, the Central and Southern Districts of the United States District Court, and is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego County Bar Association. Mr. Mordy is a trial attorney with experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in mediation, arbitration, and jury trials. Mr. Mordy has successfully represented clients such as developers, investors, corporations, and individuals in business and employment litigation, construction disputes, products liability cases, elder abuse claims, and personal injury actions.

Mr. Mordy is very active with the local chapter of the University of Michigan Alumni Association. In addition to organizing many events for the local alumni, he has participated in local recruitment of students from San Diego to attend Michigan. Mr. Mordy is fluent in conversational Russian and participates in many events with the local Russian community.
